Rooxland operates a centralized industrial facility in India’s premier banana-producing corridor, engineered as a synchronized "Waste-to-Wealth" circular economy. Our infrastructure is designed to recover and convert the entire banana plant into high-value industrial outputs, ensuring 100% resource utilization with zero waste.
By integrating intake, extraction, and precision manufacturing into a single industrial ecosystem, we move beyond conventional single-product operations. This synchronized hub allows us to preserve the biochemical and structural integrity of the plant from the moment of arrival, unlocking the full commercial value of banana biomass for our global B2B partners.

* Mechanical Fiber Decortication: Specialized units isolate high-tenacity fibers from 2–8 meter pseudo-stems. This 100% chemical-free process ensures zero damage to the natural cellulose.
* High-Pressure Cold Extraction: Industrial Screw Press systems cold-press the banana core to extract bioactive juices, retaining all natural minerals and enzymes.
* Industrial-Grade Pulverization: High-speed milling units (**150Kg/Hr capacity**) produce ultra-fine, high-purity powders with standardized particle sizes.
* Precision Slicing & Mixing: Mechanical slicing ensures uniform geometry for even dehydration, while heavy-duty mixers allow for precise B2B formulations.
3. Advanced Solar-Thermal Dehydration Fleet
Our low-temperature solar-thermal greenhouse system protects the "unique essence" and nutritional profile of the plant better than traditional high-heat ovens.
* Bio-Dehydration Capacity: A massive fleet capable of processing 12 Tonnes per day, featuring five 1-Tonne driers and twenty-eight 250Kg units.
