Our facility is partitioned into specialized technical suites designed for a 100% "Waste-to-Wealth" circular economy, maintaining the chemical and structural integrity of the plant from automated intake to final global fulfillment.

Our intake infrastructure is engineered to eliminate field contaminants and stabilize the biochemical profile of the raw material before it enters sterile processing zones.

* High-Volume Automated Sanitization: Utilizing specialized washing equipment with a capacity of 7 Tonnes/Hr, we ensure every raw material meets rigorous professional hygiene and quality standards.

* Precision Atmospheric Ripening: We operate multiple 22MT Automated Ripening Chambers. These facilitate controlled ripening to ensure consistent starch-to-sugar conversion, essential for uniform extract quality.

* Industrial Cold Storage: Our climate-controlled units provide the thermal stability required to extend the shelf life of both raw materials and finished bio-actives.

2. Extraction, Milling & Decortication Infrastructure
